Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SUNDAY HOUSE LIMITED for the use of sundhous.shop: what the software does, what it never does, how subscriptions in USD work, and where you stand legally.

Last updated 15 July 2026

01

Who these terms are with

These terms form the agreement between you and SUNDAY HOUSE LIMITED, trading as Sunday House, a company registered in England and Wales at 86 Lawnswood Road Wordsley, DY8 5NA, England. Contact: support@sundhous.shop, +44 7168478734.

By using sundhous.shop you accept these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, AI Disclaimer, Content License, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

02

What the service is

Sunday House is online software, delivered in your browser. You describe a room and the service returns AI-generated style references: a before and after frame, a colour and material board, a layered lighting plan, a shoppable category list, an optional day-to-night walkthrough video and a PDF room plan.

What we do not do. Sunday House is online-only digital software: there are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery of anything tangible. We do not sell or supply furniture, lighting or any physical goods. We do not attend your property, install anything, carry out repairs, surveys, inspections or certification, and we are not a licensed interior design practice, contractor, surveyor or electrician. We give no architectural, structural, electrical, legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

Outputs are references for your own review and are not guaranteed to match a real room. This is set out in full in the AI Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

03

Minimum age

Sunday House is not for children under 13, and they may not use it. If you are between 13 and 17 you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must read and accept these terms on your behalf and who is responsible for any subscription taken out.

By subscribing you confirm you are at least 18, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you.

04

Subscriptions, allowances and billing

Sunday House is sold as a pure subscription. We do not sell credits: there are no credits, no credit packs, no top-ups and no stored value, so nothing you hold with us is redeemable, transferable or convertible into money. An allowance is simply the number of rooms your plan covers in a month. All prices are in USD and exclude any tax that applies where you live.

  • Peek — $0 : 1 room draft / month. A monthly colour direction for one room.
  • Styler monthly — $16 per month: 8 complete rooms / month. Complete visual plans for rooms you are ready to change.
  • Styler yearly — $154 per year: 8 complete rooms / month. A full year of practical room planning at the yearly rate.
  • Studio monthly — $88 per month: Unlimited rooms. Unlimited room directions with cinematic day-to-night walkthroughs.
  • Studio yearly — $845 per year: Unlimited rooms. Unlimited planning and walkthroughs at the yearly rate.
  • Paid plans renew automatically each period until you cancel.
  • Allowances do not roll over. An unused room from one period is not added to the next.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe at the start of each period. We never see your full card number.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your allowance stays on the previous period until payment succeeds, and we may suspend the subscription if it keeps failing.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellation and refunds are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

05

Your briefs and your outputs

You keep ownership of what you type and any photo you view in the studio. You own the outputs generated from your brief, on the terms in the Content License, which also explains the limits of that ownership under AI copyright law.

You are responsible for what you submit. You confirm that you have the right to describe the space, that your brief does not infringe anyone's rights and that it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

06

Acceptable use and suspension

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end your access without refund of the current period if you breach it, if you abuse the service or attempt to overload it, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

07

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sunday House available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Generation depends on a third-party model provider, and it can be slow, queue, or fail. We may change, improve or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what your paid plan gives you, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused part of the period.

08

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, and because our outputs are style references for your own review, we are not liable for purchases you make, work you commission, damage caused by installation, or a finished room that does not match an output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, savings, data or opportunity.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.

09

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Waleshave exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law, and you may be able to bring proceedings there.

Please contact support@sundhous.shop first. We answer complaints within one business day and try to resolve them within 14 days.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a fresh date; material changes are emailed to subscribers before they take effect.
